How to Turn ON
Turn on the main power supply.
Press the printer power button, wait for 'Ready' status.
Turn on the iPad / tablet.
Ensure the Magicbooth app is open and in transaction-ready mode.
Quick check: Screen displays normally and printer shows 'Ready'.
Ideal Placement
Visible from the main visitor path.
Does not obstruct service paths and circulation.
Near a power outlet and safe from water/kitchen splashes.
There is small space for a 2-4 person queue.
Ensure there is a comfortable standing spot for photos.
Support team will mark the recommended placement points.
How to Turn OFF
Close the app, if requested by the support team.
Turn off the tablet / iPad.
Turn off the printer.
Turn off the main power.
Power & Internet Requirements
Electric Power
Requires 1 stable power point for operations. Minimum 700 Watt. Recommended dedicated outlet, not shared with heavy equipment.
Internet
Venue WiFi is recommended for booth stability and smooth content updates. Support team will conduct internet speed tests at the venue.
Cash Payment Option (Coupon Code)
If the venue wants to accept cash payment, Magicbooth provides coupon codes. Visitors can enter the code on-screen to start a session. Flow: Venue receives cash from visitor → Venue gives physical coupon with code → Visitor enters code on screen and session starts immediately. Session value from the coupon is automatically recorded, and venue's revenue share is calculated automatically in the next payment cycle. Coupons are single-use; keep physical coupons as internal venue records.

- Power outlet near location.
