We are open to partner collaboration for event organizers, wedding organizers, and agencies. Qualified partners can receive preferential discount, administrative support, and cleaner customization planning.
Date availability follows booth and onsite team schedule. For custom AI style, frame, or branding, final assets should be ready by D-7 so the team has time for production and testing.
50% down payment is required to lock the date.
Remaining 50% is paid D-1 or before the booth is turned on onsite.
Bandung and Jabodetabek are available for direct handling. Other cities follow logistics and handling fees.
Venue internet is required. The team brings a backup modem, but venue network condition can still affect AI processing speed.
If venue internet fully fails, AI results may be processed after connectivity returns depending on event condition.
Standard MagicBooth Event does not include full white-label, total UI/flow changes, or custom lead capture. Those requests are handled as a separate custom project.
Digital output and file archive delivery follow the selected package and agreed timeline.
